Clients receive access to the completed platform under the terms of their service agreement.

7. Third-Party Providers

To provide our services we may use trusted third-party providers including cloud hosting providers, Google Workspace, payment processors, domain registrars, email delivery providers, analytics providers, AI service providers, booking integrations, communication platforms and security providers. These providers only receive information necessary to perform their services.

8. AI Services

Some NEXO TECH services may use artificial intelligence to assist with workflow creation, automation, content generation, business process optimisation and system configuration. Where AI services are used, reasonable steps are taken to protect confidential business information.
