Client Platform Terms

These terms apply to clients who access NEXO TECH platforms under a service agreement. Specific project scope, fees and service levels are set out in each client's engagement documentation.

Ownership

Clients own their domain, branding, content and business data. NEXO Tech owns and manages the underlying platform, source code, system architecture, templates, automations and infrastructure.

Access

Clients receive access to the tools and information required to operate their business. Access to NEXO TECH's development environment, source code and proprietary technology is not included.

Termination and data export

On termination, the client's domain remains theirs and eligible business data may be exported in accordance with the service agreement.
